The Oregon Human Development Corporation Model
In this presentation, Martin Campos-Davis of Oregon Human Development Corporation (OHDC) describes the development of on-the-job placements for the practice of transitioning customers from work experiences and eventually into unsubsidized employment. At the 2014 Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs (AFOP) Conference, he also showed how OHDC empowers its case managers with tools to track their performance numbers.
